Description

Latimer: This is me trying to draw a Disney style character and her animal companion! Recently been looking at a lot of steampunk fashion and decided to draw a mishmash of steampunk-lolita... lolipunk? steamta? I think I'll call the girl Lola Steam :D
The hat was worn by Yuki in Vampire Knight so the hat design belongs to Matsuri Hino :)
